  1. Services Provided

    We provide online courses, memberships, and digital educational resources. Access is granted on an individual basis and may not be transferred, shared, or resold.

  2. Payments and Access

    All prices are stated at checkout. Payment is due immediately, and access to digital content is granted as soon as payment is confirmed.

  3. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

    For EU/EEA customers: By law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by purchasing and immediately accessing the course materials, you explicitly consent to the digital content being delivered right away and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived.

    For non-EU customers: All sales are final. Refunds are not offered once access has been granted.

    This ensures fairness: customers cannot purchase, consume all content, and then demand a refund.

  4. Intellectual Property

    All materials, videos, documents, and tools remain the intellectual property of SETPOINT Academy AB. They may not be copied, distributed, or resold.

  5. Disclaimer

    Our courses provide educational content only. We do not make guarantees regarding specific business, financial, or professional results. Each participant is responsible for applying the concepts to their own circumstances.

  6. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.

Privacy Policy

We collect and process your personal data such as name, email, payment details, and course activity for the purpose of delivering our services, handling payments, and communicating with you.

We use trusted third-party processors such as Kajabi, Stripe, PayPal, and email services to manage payments and course delivery. Data may be stored outside the EU but always in compliance with GDPR safeguards.

Your rights include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated or as required by law.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final.

  • EU/EEA customers: By proceeding with your purchase and accessing the course, you expressly agree that the digital content is delivered immediately and that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.
  • Non-EU customers: All sales are final and no refunds are available once access is granted.

We do not offer refunds for completed or partially completed courses. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase.
