1. Services Provided

Working Capital Academy provides digital educational products, including online courses, toolkits, calculators, templates, and related materials (“Services”).

All Services are delivered digitally and accessed online.

2. Individual License Grant

By purchasing any product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased content for your own individual, internal learning purposes only (“Individual License”).

No ownership rights are transferred.

3. Permitted Use

Under the Individual License, you may:

  • Access the content for your personal learning

  • Apply the concepts internally within your own role or company

4. Prohibited Use (Strictly Enforced)

Unless explicitly agreed in writing by SETPOINT Academy AB, you may not:

  1. Share, distribute, or make available the content to any other person

  2. Use the content in client engagements, consulting, advisory work, coaching, training delivery, workshops, or external-facing services

  3. Incorporate the content into client deliverables, including presentations, reports, templates, playbooks, or training materials

  4. Copy, reproduce, record, scrape, translate, adapt, modify, or create derivative works

  5. Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or white-label the content in any form

  6. Provide access via shared logins or group access arrangements

5. Commercial, Team, and Client Use

Any use involving:

  • multiple users

  • teams or departments

  • clients or external stakeholders

  • commercial delivery or resale

requires a separate written agreement and license.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, tools, frameworks, methodologies, and trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of SETPOINT Academy AB or its licensors.

Unauthorized use constitutes a breach of these Terms.

7. Payments and Access

All prices are shown at checkout.
Payment is due immediately, and access to digital content is granted once payment is confirmed.

8. Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

EU / EEA Customers

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However, by completing your purchase and accessing the digital content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived.

Non-EU Customers

All sales are final.
No refunds are offered once access to digital content has been granted.

Refunds are not provided for completed or partially completed courses.

9. Disclaimer

All content is provided for educational purposes only.
We make no guarantees regarding specific business, financial, or professional outcomes.
You are solely responsible for how you apply the information.

10. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms

  • Remove access without refund in cases of unauthorized use

  • Pursue available legal remedies where applicable

11. Privacy & Data Protection

SETPOINT Academy AB acts as the Data Controller under applicable data protection laws.

We collect and process personal data (such as name, email address, payment details, and course activity) solely to:

  • deliver the Services

  • process payments

  • communicate with users

We use trusted third-party processors such as Kajabi, Stripe, PayPal, and email service providers.
Data may be processed outside the EU but always with appropriate GDPR safeguards.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your data.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved by the courts of Sweden.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or accessing any product from Working Capital Academy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and License Policy.
